Catrin is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist Practitioner in good standing with the Canadian Association for Integrative Nutrition.  She is also a DONA International Certified Birth & Postpartum Doula, Certified FEMM Teacher (Fertility Education & Medical Management), Feminine Embodiment Facilitator and Infant & Child Sleep Consultant.  Catrin is currently completing her Lamaze Childbirth Educator Certification.
Catrin believes in delivering an evidence based and personalized approach, focusing on whole, locally sourced, seasonal ingredients while providing healthier alternatives to some of life’s favourite foods.  Her goal is to empower her clients on how to create a healthy relationship with food for a nourished body and mind. Food is at the core of every family gathering and should be enjoyed and celebrated. This will continue a wonderful lifelong pattern of health and nutrition within families for generations.
Catrin has a passion for inspiring patients towards healthier lifestyles. She takes a holistic approach to patient care, treating the whole individual and not just their symptoms and works with them to maintain and improve their health.  She has extensive experience in autoimmune conditions, weight management, digestive wellness and hormonal balancing.
Catrin and her Husband recently moved to 100 Mile House to pursue a more wholistic lifestyle of their own.  When she’s not working as a nutritionist, Birth or Postpartum Doula you can find her hiking, skiing or developing recipes in the kitchen.
